Oroox AG in Kraków seeks an AI Integration Engineer to connect systems, build reliable workflows and deliver AI-assisted tools that streamline operations. You will work with the Lead AI Engineer and cross-functional teams to implement AI-enabled integrations that tie company data to business processes.

The role focuses on building scalable backend services, API connectors and pipelines, with an emphasis on retrieval-augmented generation and secure data handling.

Formación

• Proven backend development or systems integration experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript or equivalent.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, SQL, and data transformation.
• Experience building an LLM-powered application or integrating a model API.
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation and structured outputs.
• Experience with Git, automated testing and deployment workflows.
• Careful handling of credentials and company data.
• Professional English and ability to clarify requirements with technical and business colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Build integrations with Microsoft 365, Jira Service Management, Nextcloud and CRM.
• Develop backend services, API connectors and background jobs.
• Create pipelines for retrieving, processing and indexing documents and information.
• Implement AI-assisted search with source references and permission checks.
• Design workflows for support triage, reply drafting and customer requirements.
• Use structured outputs and tool calling to connect AI to business functions.
• Implement validation, retries, error handling and logging.
• Document integrations and support ongoing operation.
• Collaborate with users to improve workflows post-release.
