Kognitiv Inc. is seeking an AI Practice Lead to establish and scale our AI practice, blending strategy, executive advisory, and hands-on execution. You will shape internal capabilities and guide clients through transformative AI journeys.

You will bridge technical complexity and business value, building momentum, mentoring leaders, and developing repeatable frameworks that enable others to lead.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, software engineering, or enterprise advisory.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, leading practice areas, or driving enterprise-scale technology programs.
• Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystem (LLMs, generative AI tools, prompt engineering, agentic workflows).
• Proven ability to translate AI architectures into business metrics, ROI, and executive messaging.

Responsibilities

• Define, evolve, and execute AI practice offerings, roadmap, and go-to-market methods.
• Advise C-suite on AI readiness, governance, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead AI proof-of-concepts, evaluation of LLMs, and AI tooling for client work.
• Mentor leaders, develop repeatable delivery frameworks, and drive responsible innovation.
