We value experience in LLMs, RAG, and AI infrastructure, with English and Polish language proficiency to coordinate with global clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Designs AI architectures for end-to-end solutions with governance
• Deep understanding of AI model ecosystems (open source vs commercial, on-premise vs cloud)
• Experience with GPUs, model serving, networking, and on-prem deployments
• Strong focus on data privacy, AI governance, and access control
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture and justify decisions
• Proficient in English and Polish
• Owns the architecture of the AI domain and guides leadership on standards and strategy

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures (LLMs and traditional ML)
• Make key technology decisions, including build vs. buy, model selection, and integration patterns
• Define standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for models and data
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure regulatory adherence
