Job summary

Talanto, a Warsaw-based international consultancy, is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to own the design of end-to-end AI architectures (LLMs and ML) with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

You will translate business needs into robust technical standards, collaborate with security and governance teams, and guide model governance and data practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end AI architectures with LLMs and ML.
• Deep knowledge of AI model ecosystems (open source vs commercial).
• Experience with AI infrastructure (GPUs, model serving, on-prem).
• Strong security, data privacy, and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Designs the architecture of AI solutions with security, scalability, and compliance.
• Define standards and governance for models and data.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment.
