Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. seeks a Software Architect to define and evolve the software foundations of a next-generation AI compute platform. You will design interfaces with deep learning frameworks and partner with hardware teams to shape future capabilities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive scalable, high-performance software, and influence long-term hardware-enabled strategies. Strong translation of requirements into robust architectures is required.

Qualifications

Strong background in systems/ software architecture or compiler development.
Experience designing interfaces for AI hardware platforms or accelerators.
Familiarity with external deep learning frameworks and AI inference tools.
Proficiency in C/C++, Python; excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve programming models for AI compute platforms.
Design interfaces connecting internal systems with external AI frameworks.
Collaborate with hardware teams to align software with hardware features.
Provide architectural leadership for scalable, maintainable, high-performance software.
Contribute to long-term planning for software-driven hardware enhancements.
