Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. seeks a Software Architect to define and evolve the software foundations of a next-generation AI compute platform. You will design interfaces with deep learning frameworks and partner with hardware teams to shape future capabilities.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive scalable, high-performance software, and influence long-term hardware-enabled strategies. Strong translation of requirements into robust architectures is required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in systems/ software architecture or compiler development.
• Experience designing interfaces for AI hardware platforms or accelerators.
• Familiarity with external deep learning frameworks and AI inference tools.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python; excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job description

For our client we are looking for a candidate for the position of Software Architect to help define and evolve the software foundations of our next-generation AI compute platform. This role involves designing software systems that interface seamlessly with deep learning frameworks and collaborating closely with hardware teams to shape future product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programming Model Development: Define and implement the programming model that enables developers to efficiently utilize our compute platform for AI workloads
• Framework Interfacing: Design and maintain software interfaces that connect our internal systems with widely used external and open-source deep learning frameworks
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with hardware architecture and design teams to align software capabilities with evolving hardware features
• Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance across software teams, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Strategic Input: Contribute to long-term planning by identifying software-driven opportunities for future hardware enhancements

Qualifications:

• Strong background in systems architecture, software architecture, or compiler development
• Experience designing software interfaces for AI hardware platforms or accelerators
• Familiarity with external frameworks used in deep learning and AI inference
