Qualifications

• Experience in a support, administrative, or operations role with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets and Docs; GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage daily workload independently.
• Excellent written communication for internal and external coordination; proactive attitude.
• Ability to learn AI software and new processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• SEO/AEO implementation using proprietary AI platform per Operations Team directives.
• Build reports with strategic insights based on routine scoring and performance analysis.
• Coordinate tasks between client teams and vendor partners to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor campaigns and oversee ongoing optimizations across multiple client accounts.
• Follow and maintain SOPs and checklists to ensure error-free outputs.
