Job summary

UPM in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking a (Senior) AI Security Architect to design and implement AI security across the enterprise, ensuring governance, secure deployment and compliance with Responsible AI principles.

You will lead security assessments, align with enterprise architecture, collaborate with Legal and Compliance, and drive DevSecOps practices in cloud-native environments, primarily on Azure. This is a hybrid role with on-site collaboration in Wroclaw.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
Proven experience in security architecture for cloud-native and enterprise platforms.
Strong understanding of AI, ML, generative AI and their security risks and mitigations.
Experience translating security requirements into architectural guidance and controls.
Experience with security assessments, risk analyses and compliance evaluations.
Hands-on security controls in software development and DevSecOps practices.
Professional certifications in AI security, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, architecture or AI governance are valued.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management, with clear communication.

Responsibilities

Drive design, development and implementation of AI security architecture, controls and governance.
Oversee integration of security controls into AI solutions and delivery pipelines.
Identify and mitigate security risks; conduct security assessments and audits.
Shape AI security standards and secure coding practices in development and operations.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Legal and Compliance teams.
Own AI security architecture standards for CoE-managed platforms and align across the enterprise.
