Job summary

your Jared is hiring a Lead AI Security Engineer for Katowice, Poland, with remote-friendly hybrid options. You will lead the security of AI- and LLM-powered applications across the full development lifecycle, embedding secure-by-design practices and conducting threat modeling and secure code reviews.

Operate application security tooling in CI/CD, drive remediation and supply-chain risk reduction, and secure secrets, configurations, APIs, and containers.

Qualifications

• Experience across the software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 for AI/LLM security.
• Practical experience with AppSec tooling integrated into CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Embed security into the full SDLC and drive secure-by-design practices.
• Facilitate threat modeling and architecture security reviews for apps/services/APIs.
• Perform secure code reviews and advise on secure coding patterns and remediation.
• Define and maintain CI/CD security gates and policies; manage supply-chain risk.
