Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. is building a new AI-centered SDLC team in Warsaw/Madrid. You will design and implement guardrails for agentic software development, covering test automation, code review, and data governance, ensuring quality and traceability across CI/CD workflows.

We seek hands-on engineers with 6+ years in tooling or platform engineering, experienced in evaluating AI agents and architecting reusable, adoption-focused tooling for multiple business units.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with tooling or platform experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI architectures and governance.
• Experience evaluating LLM or agent systems is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of test methodology and code quality across CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Build AI SDLC tooling as a platform capability, not a project.
• Build and operate the AI agent harness with sandboxed execution and CI/CD integration.
• Own the independent review layer for AI-generated code and tests.
• Define and evolve the quality and tooling strategy for an AI-driven SDLC.
