Job summary

WithSecure in Poznań is seeking a People Business Partner to redefine HR with AI at the core. You will partner with senior leaders on the employee lifecycle, redesign workflows, and prototype AI-enabled processes to save time and drive collaboration.

You will bridge people expertise and technology, report to the VP of People and Talent, and help shape AI and automation transformation across locations.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a People Business Partner or generalist HR.
• Curious about AI and technology; willing to experiment with new tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR business partnering.
• Navigate employment law and cultural context across locations.
• Identify opportunities to use AI/automation to streamline processes.
• Pilot new tools and approaches with the People and Talent team.
• Support AI-assisted onboarding journeys and smarter self-service.
