Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Salesforce AI developer to join a project delivering CRM solutions with AI capabilities. You will work on Apex, LWC, Flow, and integrations, building AI agents and data-driven processes.

Strong English proficiency and Polish fluency are required, and you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Location is Poland, with opportunities to work on Data Cloud and RAG initiatives, focusing on automating business

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience including Apex, LWC and Flow.
• Experience with integrations, APIs and web services.
• Hands-on with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents.
• Data handling experience (Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently.
• Very good English (min B2).
• Polish fluency is required.
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification is preferred.
• Must be located in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC and Flow.
• Build and configure AI solutions, including agents, logic and prompts.
• Create and develop integrations using APIs and MuleSoft.
• Work with data for AI workflows, including Data Cloud and RAG.
• Design automations for business processes.

Join a project for a client developing solutions based on Salesforce and artificial intelligence. The role combines CRM development with work on AI solutions – including agents, integrations, and data handling (e.g., RAG/Data Cloud). We are looking for someone with initial experience in AI solutions who wants to grow in this area within the Salesforce context. The project focuses on automating business processes and implementing AI in practical applications that have a real impact on users' work. Does this sound like you?

Your tasks

• Development of applications in Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Flow
• Building and configuring AI solutions, including agents, logic, and prompts
• Creating and developing integrations using APIs and Mulesoft
• Working with data in the context of AI, including Data Cloud and RAG
• Designing business process automation
• Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to define requirements
• Participating in testing and optimizing solutionsDeveloping and maintaining existing systems

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce, including Apex, LWC, and Flow
• Experience with integrations, including APIs and web services
• Practical experience working with automation and AI solutions such as chatbots and agents
• Knowledge of working with data, including Data Cloud, CDP, or data pipelines
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to work independently
• Very good communication skills in English – minimum B2 level
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certificate
• Fluent Polish language skills required
• Must be located in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience with Data Cloud
• Knowledge of RAG or working with contextual data
• Previous work with GenAI and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, CI/CD, and Git
