The role involves significant collaboration with Technology, Quality Control, and Operations teams to refine AI models and operational procedures. The position demands strong experience in prompt engineering and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Experience in Complaints, Collections, Fraud, or Disputes.
• Experience in designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for large language models.
• Ability to work in an AI workflow and agentic environment.
