Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services Poland is seeking a senior project manager to lead AI transformation initiatives for clients, acting as a trusted PM advisor and ensuring milestones, budgets and requirements are met.

You will coordinate with EY teams across practices, drive agile PM practices, and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders. The role offers hybrid work in Katowice and opportunities for international exposure.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in business, technology, science or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in distributed multicultural environments, including AI projects.
• Experience driving AI transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI developments frameworks and interoperability.
• Excellent English language skills, written and spoken.
• Familiar with MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS SharePoint and other PM tools.
• One or more industry certifications: PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, Change management.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Your key responsibilities

You will support our clients in the business and organizational transformation journey related to AI development and implementation, actively becoming a trusted advisor in PM subject matters for both clients and EY colleagues.

You will provide consultation and recommendations based on client’s requirement and develop relationships with team members across all EY practises to serve client needs. You will work with various teams to ensure that client’s requirement, budget and milestones for projects are met.

• Understanding and interest in technology trends in AI/ML area.
• Good planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture as well as focused on details and errorless delivery.
• Excellent professional communication skills, ability to approach senior stakeholders using appropriate level of details, terminology, and fit-to-purpose communication.
• Ability to work in a continuously changing environment, proactive with can-do-attitude, looking for solutions and opportunities.
• Strong project management skills including agile methods.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A higher education degree preferably in business, technology, science or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within distributed multicultural environments including hand-on experience on AI-related projects.
• Experience driving AI transformation programs.
• Understanding of Agentic AI developments frameworks, methodologies, protocols and Agent to agent interoperability.
• Excellent English language skills in written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS project, MS Share Point, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, other project management tools.
• One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, Change management.
• Ability and willingness to travel (up to 20%).

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Further European language.
• Experience in working at consulting companies.
• Experience in change management or business analysis.
• Six Sigma or/and Business Analysis certification.
