Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Leadership, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, AI Solutions, or related areas.
• Proven success in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities for complex digital products, platforms, or technology portfolios.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across matrixed organizations.
• Experience translating business opportunities and customer needs into scalable, value-driven technology solutions.
• Solid understanding of modern product management practices and Agile delivery.
• Experience driving AI-powered solutions, including Generative AI, AI Agents, Automation, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build business cases and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI strategy, roadmap, and portfolio priorities to deliver measurable business value.
• Build, manage, and scale a portfolio of AI products, agents, and automation solutions.
• Translate business opportunities into actionable product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Own AI demand intake, product backlogs, and portfolio performance metrics.
• Collaborate with P&C, IT, Data, Security, and Digital teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Ensure AI initiatives align with governance, security, and Responsible AI principles.
• Lead and develop a high-performing AI team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders to drive adoption globally.
