You imagine how teams work with an AI employee, decide what to build, and execute across frontend, backend, and integration with Slack and Teams. You will define the UX for managing AI workers, run experiments, ship with speed, and own activation, retention, and land-and-expand.

• Shipped a real product end to end with real users.
• Talk to users, understand their needs, and translate into product decisions.
• Own problem definition, scope, and measurement of success.
• Run experiments with clear hypotheses and actionable results.

Responsibilities

• Imagine and define the UX of managing AI employees: delegation, steering, trust, cost, oversight.
• Ship user-facing product end to end across Slack, Teams, web, desktop, and mobile.
• Own onboarding and time-to-value from install to first real win.
• Own post-launch activation, retention, and iteration based on usage data.
• Plan land-and-expand: extend adoption from individuals to teams and departments.
• Do PM work: talk to users, shape the problem, write specs when useful.
• Polish details that influence product value and adoption.
• Build across the stack with a small team.
