Job summary

Viktor seeks an engineer who owns the numbers and drives activation across Slack and Teams. You will design experiments, fix drop-offs from signup to first win, and ship improvements quickly with measured impact.

Based in Europe (Munich or Warsaw or remote), you’ll work directly with founders to ship the product and grow usage through onboarding nudges, better defaults, and lifecycle prompts.

Qualifications

• Customer-first mindset with data-driven approach to growth.
• Ability to define activation metrics and identify funnel leaks.
• Experience running experiments (A/B tests) with hypothesis and measurable outcomes.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of product features used by real users.
• Strong communication to shape problems, trim scope, and ship fast.
• Detail-oriented with consideration for empty states, microcopy, and edge cases.
• Ability to work directly with founders, design, and growth teams.

Responsibilities

• Find where users stall from install to first win and fix it.
• Run experiments with clear hypotheses and measurable results.
• Own activation for Viktor in Slack/Teams: first run, first task, time-to-value.
• Make features discoverable and improve retention with prompts and defaults.
• Build land-and-expand loops: invites, sharing, referrals.
• Instrument everything shipped and tie changes to metrics.
• Work across the stack as needed to ship measurable improvements.
