Job summary

Finom is seeking an AI Process Owner for Transaction Monitoring & Customer Lifecycle in our Customer Lifecycle team. You will own AI-driven alert resolution, build AI agents, and define where AI can be used within AML frameworks to balance automation with human validation.

You will collaborate with Data, Engineering, Product and Risk teams, driving efficiency while ensuring regulatory defensibility and customer impact across our EU markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a fintech, bank, EMI or PSP environment.
• Hands-on experience in first line of defence alert resolution.
• Solid understanding of AML frameworks and how to apply them in practice.
• Genuinely AI-oriented with experience implementing AI in projects.
• Technically minded with data analysis skills and familiarity with Databricks, Metabase, Power BI and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own AI implementation for transaction monitoring alert resolution from design to production.
• Build AI-driven investigation capability across customers and transactions.
• Develop AI agents that replace manual work with clear boundaries and audit trails.
• Redesign the alert resolution process around AI, balancing automation and human validation.
• Define the AI/AML boundary and document controls for regulators and audit.
