Job summary

EMBIQ sp. z o.o. in Lublin or Graz seeks an experienced AI Process Reviewer to run on-site process reviews for clients, map workflows, and identify quick AI paybacks.

You will draft concise reports and support engineers in scoping automation projects while respecting data protection and EU AI Act guidelines. The role requires 3+ years in business analysis or related consulting, strong workshop skills, AI tools knowledge, and fluent English with willingness to travel across the EU, UK and USA.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or consulting.
• Ability to run workshops and interviews with managers and frontline teams.
• Practical knowledge of today's AI tools and what they can and cannot do.
• Clear writing: you can turn a messy process into a one-page summary.
• Very good English (B2+) and willingness to travel to clients across the EU, UK and USA.

Responsibilities

• Run AI process reviews on site at client companies, usually from one day to a week.
• Talk to the people who do the work and map the processes that take the most time.
• Find the places where AI pays back fastest and estimate the effect in hours and money.
• Write a clear report with a recommended first step the client can start with right away.
• Hand over findings to our AI engineers and help scope the automation project.
• Keep data protection and the EU AI Act in mind in every recommendation.
