EMBIQ GmbH in Lublin is seeking a hands-on AI developer to build AI agents and assistants that operate inside client systems. You will run feasibility studies, move ideas from proof of concept to production, and monitor model performance with clients in a hybrid work setup.
The role requires 3+ years of Python experience, hands-on LLM work, and strong data protection awareness, with remote options and English fluency (B2+). Office in Lublin offers a supportive team and modern tools.

In this position you will
build AI agents that work inside client systems;
build assistants on company knowledge (RAG) and document understanding pipelines;
run feasibility studies: data, available models, cost and legal constraints;
take solutions from proof of concept on real cases to production;
set up monitoring, evaluation and testing of models in production;
measure the effect of each solution in hours and money together with the client.
We require
at least 3 years of commercial experience in Python;
hands‑on experience building applications with LLMs (prompting, RAG, tool calling or agents);
experience with production backend systems and databases (e.g. PostgreSQL);
understanding of how to evaluate and test AI output;
awareness of data protection when working with client data;
very good English (B2+);
hybrid work from our office in Lublin (remote work possible).
Also appreciated
experience with vector databases and embeddings;
experience training or fine‑tuning models on operational data (e.g. predictive maintenance);
