Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments. You’ll join a delivery team and work with a Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and drive adoption.

You should have 3+ years in software engineering or technical delivery, a CS degree, and strong Python/JS/Java skills. Travel ~25% and fluency in English and Polish are expected.

Qualifications

• Production experience required.
• Builder mindset non-negotiable.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience is required.
• Fluency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside customer environments.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and adoption.
• Own end-to-end technical components from architecture to production.
• Develop data pipelines and integrate with customer data platforms.
• Create dashboards and KPI reporting for deployment health and outcomes.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs delivered in days.
