Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Data and Automation Systems Builder based in Poland to turn ambiguous business needs into working data and automation systems. You will connect operational data, dashboards, alerts, and automated workflows across the organization, building an AI-powered data engine for real-time insights.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a technical, data, automation, or engineering-oriented role.
• Strong builder mindset with ability to navigate ambiguous problems through research and iteration.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery.
• Experience with BI and dashboarding platforms like Looker Studio or similar.
• Practical experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n or Make.
• Proven ability to build end-to-end tools, pipelines, or production workflows from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of an AI-powered data engine enabling natural-language data queries and automated decision-making.
• Design and build automated data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting systems using BI tools.
• Translate loosely defined requirements into functional end-to-end technical solutions.
• Build real-time alerts and automated triggers for process failures and bottlenecks.
• Surface events across core platforms to identify workflow slowdowns or blocks.
• Develop and maintain workflow automations connecting data sources with reporting, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Investigate and resolve data quality and pipeline issues at the source.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, coding, and prototyping.
• Collaborate with engineering, automation, and business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
• Create lightweight documentation for non-technical managers to understand systems.
