Job summary

Genetec is seeking a mid-/senior-level engineer to help modernise our ML/GenAI stack, enabling data workflows and scalable inference platforms. You’ll work with a diverse team across Poland, France and Canada to move models from experimentation to production, with a strong emphasis on reliability and data quality.

You’ll contribute to data acquisition, governance, and end-to-end deployment pipelines while collaborating with researchers and software engineers in a hybrid setup that includes three

Qualifications

• Hands-on ML/MLOps experience with MLFlow, KServe and AirFlow.
• Experience with experiment tracking tools and data labeling.
• Familiarity with model runtimes and deployment tools (Triton, OpenVINO).
• DevOps/CI/CD for ML, GitOps workflows and automated deployment strategies.
• Observability: telemetry, data drift and quality monitoring.
• Kubernetes and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Cloud scale experience and scalable services in distributed environments.
• Proficient coding in Golang or .NET with a willingness to learn the other.

Responsibilities

• Turn AI strategy into reality by modernising ML/ GenAI stack.
• Build scalable data workflows and testing platforms for datasets.
• Provide data governance, lineage tracking and versioning support.
• Develop deployment workflows, versioning and controlled rollouts.
• Enable research and experiments with reproducible runs and traces.
• Ensure secure, fast model deployment and multi-cluster scaling.
• Collaborate across Poland, France and Canada to shape AI-driven products.
• Support observability and monitoring of ML pipelines and deployments.
