LumApps in Kraków is seeking aSenior UX Design Lead to own the AI-native experience vision for our Employee Hub and guide design across squads. You will lead a team of 8 product designers, collaborate with the AI tribe on agent behavior, and shape how AI features are delivered to frontline and desk workers.

Fluent English is required; French is a strong plus. This role offers a hybrid work pattern and the chance to influence product strategy in a fast-growing, globally deployed platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining a UX/AI vision for products.
• Experience designing AI experiences: agents, copilots, generative UI.
• 3+ years of leading designers or design teams.
• Fluent English; French is a strong plus.
