You will collaborate with product managers, developers, data scientists, and the global UX team to infuse human-centered design with AI-assisted techniques in daily workflows.

• Proven track record delivering intuitive, end-to-end solutions for complex systems.
• Ability to integrate modern AI tools into your process to accelerate discovery and execution.
• Articulate rationale behind design decisions, esp. human-in-the-loop and automation boundaries.
• Challenger's mindset with craft discipline to adopt new methods.
• Passion for research-fueled ideation and emerging design paradigms.
• Self-starter with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and knowledge of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• AI-forward prototyping and execution using AI and rapid prototyping workflows.
• Modernize processes; evaluate tools; standardize or retire tools for daily workflows.
• Define North Star product visions for intelligent systems with researchers to validate usability.
