Job summary

Hostinger is hiring a design leader to shape products for consumers. You will own the end-to-end design process, from ideation to launch, collaborating across teams to deliver intuitive experiences. The role requires strong UX research, prototyping, and a data-informed approach with a standout portfolio.

You will work in a remote-friendly environment, staying ahead of design trends, while contributing to design systems and tooling. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing for consumer-focused tech companies
• Deep fluency in design thinking, user-centered methodologies, UX research, prototyping and iterative design
• Owns design area end-to-end: strategy, collaboration, execution and launch
• Excellent communication to present ideas and solutions
• Can conduct user research, analyze data and validate ideas
• Strong knowledge of design tools
• Strong knowledge of design systems and contribution
• Driven, creative, and eager to learn
• Impressive online portfolio to showcase work
• Understanding of analytics tools like Amplitude and HotJar

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems
• Create innovative, user-friendly solutions meeting customer needs
• Own and drive the entire design process from sketches to shipped features
• Conduct extensive user research to inform design decisions
• Iterate on solutions using feedback and data
• Stay updated on current design trends and practices
• Collaborate with the design guild to improve systems and processes
• Be autonomous and take ownership of your work
• Provide and receive actionable feedback from teammates
