Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Support Engineer to blend production support, DevOps, and AI fluency across in-house apps, APIs, and data platforms. You will own incident resolution, CI/CD health, and automation, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate triage and proactive monitoring.

You will work with Software Engineers to bridge development and operations, implementing scalable observability, modern deployment strategies, and robust runbooks for reliable production systems in a cloud-enabled environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management.
Experience with CI/CD in Azure DevOps and IaC (Terraform/Bicep/ARM).
Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments.
Experience with data platforms and ETL pipelines (Databricks, Palantir Foundry).
Familiarity with AI-assisted automation and observability tools.
Excellent collaboration with platform engineering and data teams.

Responsibilities

Perform deep operational diagnostics across data pipelines.
Coordinate resolution with platform engineering, Data Engineers and data domain teams.
Ensure correct usage of ITSM tools for incident tracking and lifecycle management.
Monitor critical workflows using Dynatrace.
Workflows orchestration using StoneBranch.
Leverage metadata and documentation for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Maintain clear ownership, escalation paths and communication during incidents.
Reduce incident noise and recurring issues through structured problem management.
