Luxoft Poland is seeking a Support Engineer who blends production support expertise with DevOps engineering and AI fluency. You will bridge development and operations across .NET/C#, APIs, event-driven systems, data platforms, and BI tools to ensure operational stability and reliability through automation and observability.
You will work alongside Software Engineers, owning incident resolution, CI/CD health, infrastructure automation, and production readiness.
Qualificações
- Experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management following ITIL practices.
- Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and cloud resources.
- Strong observability, monitoring, and AI-assisted triage capabilities.
- Familiarity with Databricks, Palantir Foundry, and data platforms is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Own incident resolution and RCA for complex production issues.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows.
- Manage infrastructure as code for Azure resources.
- Monitor service health with Dynatrace and implement alerting rules.
- Coordinate with platform engineering, data teams, and vendors for resolutions.
- Improve runbooks and enable faster, reliable incident response.
