Job summary

XM is seeking a Software Development AI Technical Expert to serve as the department’s AI specialist and lead the responsible evaluation, adoption and practical application of AI across Software Development and Software Quality Assurance.

You will research emerging AI technologies, support experiments and pilot projects, and translate successful solutions into practical tools, standards and development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the responsible evaluation, adoption and practical application of AI across Software Development and Software Quality Assurance.
• Provide technical guidance on AI-enabled development, code quality, security, AI advocacy, capability building and impact measurement.
• Work closely with Software Development and Software Quality Assurance teams to develop practical, responsible and measurable AI-native ways of working that improve productivity, quality, security and innovation.
