Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать, интегрировать и масштабировать алгоритмические продукты в команде.
• Оценивать новые модели и технологии через PoC и эксперименты.
• Писать качественный, тестируемый код и рефакторить при необходимости.
• Вносить вклад в центральные библиотеки и репозитории.
• Проектировать модели данных, признаки, пайплайны и распределенные вычисления.
• Развертывать продукты в облаке и использовать облачные нативные сервисы.
• Применять практики DevOps, DataOps и MLOps (CI/CD, пайплайны обучения).
• Использовать инструменты мониторинга и автоматизации для операций с продуктами.
• Участвовать в стратегических проектах по экосистеме повторяемого кода P&G.
• Вносить вклад в открытые проекты в рамках политик IT P&G.

Procter & Gamble is a manufacturing company with Data Science and AI Engineering teams that develop, integrate, and scale algorithmic products and maintain an ecosystem of reusable code components.

Задачи

• Collaborate with data scientists, data managers, analysts, infrastructure engineers, and peer AI Engineers to develop, integrate, and scale algorithmic products
• Evaluate new models and technologies through proofs of concept and experiments
• Develop high-quality, standard-compliant, and tested code, and refactor it as necessary
• Contribute code and tools to central reusable libraries and repositories
• Design data models, model features, data quality tests, ETL/ELT pipelines, and distributed compute architectures
• Deploy algorithmic products across cloud platforms using cloud-native services
• Implement Infrastructure as Code to manage and automate cloud resources
• Apply DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps principles, including developing continuous integration, delivery, and training pipelines
• Use observability and automation tools to manage operations of algorithmic products across the technology stack
• Participate in strategic efforts to build and maintain P&G's ecosystem of reusable code components
• Contribute code to open-source projects in accordance with P&G IT policies

Требования

• Experience with Python and Agentic Coding / AI assisted programming
• Familiarity with AI and ML concepts and frameworks
• Experience in data engineering, data science, and machine learning operations
• Proven understanding of designing efficient, robust, and automated pipelines for big data and ML training and inference
• Strong background in CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with operating on and deploying to a cloud environment
• Nice to have: Experience with GCP
