Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Вести инженерную платформу и синхронизацию релизов: миграция CI/CD с Bitrise на GitHub Actions.

• Интегрировать AI-рабочие процессы и инструменты тестирования в задачи разработки.

Описание: Senior Applied AI Engineer (Android) в центральной группе Engineering Ops Backbase: задаёт инженерные стандарты Android-разработки, переносит релизную инфраструктуру и внедряет AI-инструменты для ускорения мобильной разработки.

Задачи:

• Drive platform engineering and release synchronization by migrating mobile CI/CD pipelines from Bitrise to GitHub Actions, integrating Android releases into shared Champagne release workflows, and synchronizing deployment chains with backend and frontend teams
• Design scalable multi-module architectures, SDK/framework integrations, and reusable design system components; establish standards for accessibility, security, and runtime performance
• Integrate LLM-assisted workflows, AI coding tools, and automated testing utilities into everyday engineering tasks
• Partner with pilot teams and cross-functional stakeholders to guide, test, and drive the adoption of new SDLC practices

Требования:

• Expert-level mastery of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM/MVI, Coroutines, and Flow
• Experience architecting multi-module libraries and SDKs
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Commitment to TDD, unit testing, and UI automation with JUnit, Mockito, and Espresso
• Practical familiarity with AI development tools, efficient prompt crafting, and selecting model architectures for mobile engineering workflows
• Ability to evaluate how platform changes affect teams, articulate technical direction, and guide senior peers through adoption
