XTB online investing in Warsaw is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design and operate end-to-end AI solutions, focusing on robust LLM pipelines and agentic workflows.

You will build RAG systems, production-grade APIs, and collaborate with Product and Data teams to deploy scalable AI across our global trading platform and internal business units.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of commercial AI/ML or software engineering experience.
• Strong Python coding and AI agent architecture knowledge.
• Experience with MCP servers or tool-calling interfaces.
• Experience with LLM orchestration and data frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
• Experience building production-grade APIs (REST, gRPC, MCP).
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, vector databases (pgvector), and semantic/hybrid/BM25 search for AI Agents.
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps, observability (MLflow or Langfuse), and prompt optimizations.
• Strong English communication in an Agile environment.
• Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Implement end-to-end AI solutions with robust, scalable LLM pipelines.
• Develop and optimize RAG systems and AI agents.
• Build production-grade APIs to expose AI capabilities to our trading platform and internal units.
• Measure agent performance with LLMOps, MLOps metrics and latency/error rates.
• Apply evaluation-driven development with RAG-eval and model benchmarking.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to build MCP servers and data-serving layers.
• Maintain code quality with tests, linters, docs and code reviews.
• Leverage Claude Code and Codex in daily workflow.
