XTB online investing is seeking a Product Manager to shape the product vision, align KPIs with company goals, and guide cross‑functional teams including legal, risk, marketing, and engineering. You will translate strategy into concrete tasks for developers, prioritizing customer experience and data-driven decision making.

You will partner with the Engineering Team Lead and collaborate with a fintech‑savvy team.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management in fintech or related field.
• Knowledge of AI trends, SaaS, mobile and web applications.
• Building products driven by KPI goals and data analysis.
• Strong customer focus and experience in product discovery.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product vision and define KPIs aligned with company goals.
• Prioritize work and translate vision into concrete steps for the development team.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, marketing and technical departments to enable product launches.
• Partner with the Engineering Team Lead on product delivery and roadmap.
• Use metrics to justify decisions with data and avoid guesswork.
