Job summary

Reply Group is looking for a specialist to design and build agentic AI systems, utilizing platforms like Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock. Candidates should hold a degree in Computer Science or related fields and have hands-on experience with LLMs and agent orchestration frameworks.

The position requires good communication skills in English and Polish, as well as openness to hybrid work with occasional office presence in Katowice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering, structured generation, and agentic workflows.
• Experience with modern LLM or agent orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic AI systems using modern LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock.
• Develop applications, and AI workflows that integrate LLMs into cloud-native enterprise applications.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents using frameworks and patterns such as LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain, LlamaIndexor similar tools.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering, structured generation, and agentic workflows.
• Experience with at least one modern LLM or agent orchestration framework, such as LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS, including services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, serverless services, containers, storage, and identity/security concepts.
• Experience using modern AI engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools in day-to-day software development.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish.
• Open to working in a hybrid mode, with 1 day per month at our office in Katowice.
