Job summary

NFQ Group is hiring a lead AI/ML engineer to build and deploy production-grade LLM applications in a cloud environment. You will design AI agents, integrate solutions with ERP/CRM/data warehouses, and own the end-to-end ML pipeline from prototype to production.

You will lead a development team, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply CI/CD practices in a fast-changing, cross-industry setting. Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills and production-ready coding experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and technologies (RAG, MCP, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and pipelines.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud services.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and ability to build innovative products from scratch.
• Ability to adapt and stay effective in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience leading or supporting a development team.
• Clear communication skills and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, written and spoken.

Salary range:

127 - 190 PLN/h + VAT (B2B)
