Job summary

JP Morgan Chase in Warsaw seeks a Senior Associate for Advanced Treasury Analytics to build robust data pipelines and analytics tooling that support liquidity, risk, and capital management.

You will design production-grade Python solutions on cloud platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), collaborate with teams in London, New York, and other locations, and contribute to scalable, reusable tooling with an engineering mindset.

Qualifications

• Production-quality Python development experience.
• Experience building data-intensive applications or pipelines on cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, code reviews and testing.
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving with an engineering mindset.
• Ability to handle large data sets and translate business problems into technical deliverables.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and enhance analytics tooling and data pipelines for liquidity, risk, and capital management.
• Support the ATA team in improving analytical tools and processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-location teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop reusable tooling and documentation to support future expansion of the London team.
• Translate technical results into business-relevant insights and communicate with stakeholders.
• Contribute to ongoing learning and mentorship within the team.
