Job summary

Propellerhead is seeking an experienced Technical Strategist to lead the design of complex software systems and guide AI-assisted delivery across client projects. You will collaborate with Product Strategists and senior stakeholders to shape technical direction and ensure alignment with our standards.

You will bring hands-on software development experience (React/C#, plus exposure to TypeScript, Java, Go, or Rust) and strong Azure/CICD credentials.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in multi-tier and distributed application development.
• Agentic-first: proficient using AI to rapidly prototype and guide AI-assisted delivery.
• Strong communication skills with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience with React UIs and C# services; familiarity with multiple languages (TypeScript, Java, Go, Rust).
• Hands-on Azure design experience and involvement in CI/CD pipelines and operations instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Authoring, reviewing and communicating solution architecture with Development and Engineering teams.
• Championing Propellerhead's technical strategy across your portfolio.
• Building trusted relationships with client decision-makers and explaining designs clearly.
• Serving as the go-to technical expert for client solutions and prerequisites for delivery.
• Developing strategies to ensure quality measures: speed-to-value, security, reliability, maintainability.
