Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep TypeScript and Node.js expertise to help shape AI-driven, agentic digital experiences. The role spans frontend and backend, with production-ready AI features and dashboards.

Hybrid work is required, with 3 days from Gdansk or Krakow, and collaboration with distributed teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software development, strong TS/Node.js skills, and experience building full-stack, AI-enabled products.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend
Backend development experience with Node.js and modern tooling
Experience building full-stack solutions with component-based frontend architectures
Hands-on experience with AI/agentic systems and LLM integration

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
Design, extend, and operationalize agentic systems with LangGraph or similar frameworks
Manage core agent infrastructure: memory, context, sessions, file spaces, retrieval pipelines, evaluation pipelines
Develop AI-powered user experiences and dashboards
Build reusable Stencil components and integrate into Angular apps
Contribute across full stack with balanced frontend/backend ownership
Provide 24/7 production support and participate in on-call rotations
Collaborate with client engineering leads and distributed teams
