Philip Morris International seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the architecture and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform, with a focus on SharePoint Online and Teams. You will shape the platform roadmap, ensure scalable and secure designs, and drive AI-enabled adoption including Copilot readiness.

Candidates will have strong communication skills and experience in agile product models, with a track record of governance and stakeholder management across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years working with Microsoft 365 and content collaboration.
• Deep understanding of SharePoint Online and Teams architecture.
• Experience with enterprise-scale tenant governance and security.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AI readiness, including Copilot governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and steward M365 platform reference architecture across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Govern guardrails for security, lifecycle, and data governance.
• Lead AI enablement for M365 experiences and Copilot readiness.
• Collaborate across teams to translate trends into roadmap updates.
• Mentor engineers in an agile product environment and ensure quality gates.
