Spyrosoft is seeking a curious Software Engineer to join our AI initiatives team in Poland. You will work with our Chief AI & Information Officer to explore AI innovations, build strategic partnerships in China, and support software development with cutting-edge AI tools.

Qualifications

Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (completed or in progress).
Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.
Practical experience using AI tools and models.
Experience using AI to support software development, programming, automation, or technical work.

Responsibilities

Support development and implementation of AI-related initiatives and innovation projects.
Research emerging AI technologies, tools, and trends, especially in the Chinese tech ecosystem.
Collaborate with the Chief AI & Information Officer on strategic AI projects.
Participate in technical discussions with Chinese partners and technology providers.
Assist evaluating AI solutions, models, and development tools.
Contribute to software development activities including coding, testing, and prototyping.
Bridge communication between European and Chinese teams and partners.
Prepare technical analyses and documentation in Chinese and English.
Support international business trips and meetings when required.
