Spyrosoft is seeking a curious Software Engineer to join our AI initiatives team in Poland. You will work with our Chief AI & Information Officer to explore AI innovations, build strategic partnerships in China, and support software development with cutting-edge AI tools.

Qualifications

• Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (completed or in progress).
• Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Practical experience using AI tools and models.
• Experience using AI to support software development, programming, automation, or technical work.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of AI-related initiatives and innovation projects.
• Research emerging AI technologies, tools, and trends, especially in the Chinese tech ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the Chief AI & Information Officer on strategic AI projects.
• Participate in technical discussions with Chinese partners and technology providers.
• Assist evaluating AI solutions, models, and development tools.
• Contribute to software development activities including coding, testing, and prototyping.
• Bridge communication between European and Chinese teams and partners.
• Prepare technical analyses and documentation in Chinese and English.
• Support international business trips and meetings when required.

Job description

Must-have

• Native or native-like level Chinese language skills (C1/C2).


• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.


• Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (completed or in progress).


• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.


• Practical experience using AI tools and models.


• Experience using AI to support software development, programming, automation, or technical work (commercially, academically, or as a personal project).


• Valid passport and willingness to travel to China for business trips.


• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work with confidential information and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of additional languages, including Polish.


• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted development tools.


• Experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI tools.


• Understanding of the Chinese technology market.


• Previous experience working in an international environment.


• Open-source, academic, or personal AI projects.

About the role

Salary ranges

• Junior: up to 100 PLN/h net B2B | up to 12,350 PLN gross employment contract
