Job summary

Accenture in Warsaw is seeking a Sales Strategy professional to design go-to-market strategies, optimize sales processes, and develop pricing models for large-scale international projects.

You will collaborate with clients, drive analytics-driven pricing and revenue initiatives, and leverage CRM/CPQ/CLM platforms. English fluency is required; French/German are preferred. Travel across Europe is possible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Pricing Strategy, Revenue Management, or Go-to-Market Strategy.
• 1 year of Consulting experience in Consumer Goods, Industrials, Life science, or Telco.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or German preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience with enabling technologies such as CRM, CPQ, CLM, TPM and SPM platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools and capabilities for sales processes.

• Design and implement go-to-market strategies to enable commercial excellence.
• Develop and optimize sales processes and operating models to improve revenue outcomes.
• Create roadmaps for digital technology implementations (CRM, CPQ, CLM, TPM, SPM).
• Develop pricing strategies, operating models, and processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct analytics-driven assessments and business case development for pricing and sales transformation.
• Enable platform-based solutions for CRM, CPQ, CLM, TPM, SPM to drive pipeline efficiency.
