Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Product Designer to bridge user research, high-fidelity UI design, and AI-driven experiences. You will own the design process end-to-end, leveraging AI to accelerate workflows and deliver next‑generation interfaces for mission critical public safety and enterprise users.

You’ll collaborate with a global design team, contribute to a scalable design system, and ensure AI features are human-centered, transparent, and trustworthy.

Qualifications

• Proven UX Research Experience: portfolio showing research-to-design translation.
• AI-Powered UX Design Workflow: experience using AI tools to accelerate the research-to-delivery lifecycle.
• UI Design & Component Creation: strong visual design skills and design system work (e.g., Figma).
• Delivering AI Experiences: track record of AI-powered products or features.
• Strong Collaboration & Storytelling: effectively present ideas to cross-functional teams.
• Multi-modal Design: design for mobile and web applications.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design Delivery: envision, prototype, and deliver software for public safety and enterprise sectors.
• Hands-on User Research: plan, conduct, and synthesize usability studies to drive decisions.
• High-Fidelity UI & Systems Design: create pixel-perfect UI and contribute to design system components.
• AI-Driven Workflow Integration: leverage AI to optimize research, ideation, prototyping, and delivery.
• AI Product Design: design intuitive interfaces for AI-based features, ensuring trust and usability.
