Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an ET MarTech / AdTech - Business Solution Architect in Wrocław. This pivotal role involves shaping BMC’s digital, data, and marketing technology ecosystem while aligning with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will define the MarTech architecture strategy, ensure effective integration, and assess emerging technologies. The position offers flexible work arrangements, allowing for 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Candidates should have deep knowledge of MarTech ecosystems and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define and maintain MarTech architecture strategy and vision.
• Experience shaping multi‑year roadmaps with business leaders.
• Familiarity with designing AI‑ready data models and taxonomies.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain BMC MarTech architecture strategy and vision.
• Ensure interoperability across business functions.
• Collab. with Data Architecture teams on AI-ready data models.

Skills

Deep knowledge of MarTech ecosystems: CRM, CDP, CMS, automation, analytics, identity & consent

Strong architectural modelling capabilities

Strong understanding of enterprise data strategy

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Exposure to Data Architecture or AI/ML platform design

Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce

Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF)
