Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp is seeking a hands-on Fullstack Developer to build the self-service portal for its AI and API platform capabilities. You will develop backend and frontend components, integrate with Kafka and Kong, and improve the developer experience for teams using the platform.

The role sits in the Integration and AI engineering team, collaborating with DevOps, UI/UX designers, product owners, and architects to deliver scalable, secure capabilities.

Qualifications

• Education in CS/Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience as a fullstack, backend, or frontend developer.
• Interest in AI technologies and integration with LLMs, MCPs, and A2A.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend components of the self-service portal.
• Build backend services using Spring Boot.
• Create frontend features with React, TypeScript, and Material UI.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations between gateway and internal apps or vendors.
• Design and consume REST APIs for reliable, maintainable interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform capabilities.
• Contribute to AI-driven features and integrations within the platform.
