Job summary

Unit4 is seeking an ePMO Tooling & CoE Project Manager to drive tooling across an Enterprise PMO environment in a fast-growing cloud company. You will shape how PMO uses data, AI-driven capabilities, and Microsoft tooling to improve efficiency and governance across projects.

In this role you will implement new tools, configure Azure DevOps and MS Project, and partner with IT to ensure scalable, integrated solutions that align with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, ePMO, or project-based delivery environment.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps, including structuring, reporting, and configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft tooling (Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, Planner).
• Exposure to AI and automation within a PMO context.

Responsibilities

• Implement a new PMO tool for the organization.
• Enhance our AI processes and automation.
• Configure, enhance, and maintain existing PMO tooling (Azure DevOps, MS Project, ServiceNow).
• Act as SME supporting project managers and driving ongoing development.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for tooling improvements.
• Support standardisation of PMO methodologies, templates, and documentation.
• Develop user guides, SOPs, and knowledge content.
• Design and deliver onboarding and training for tools and processes.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure integration between PMO and enterprise tools.
• Drive continuous improvement across tooling, processes and ways of working.
• Embed QA and governance into tooling and delivery practices.
