Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and governance of strategic initiatives within the program.
Manage scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery reporting.
Partner with product, engineering, architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Mitigate delivery risks and remove blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and effective decision-making.
Support resource planning, prioritization, and delivery health reviews.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including executives.
Champion modern delivery practices and continuous improvement.
Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and predictability.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights to enhance visibility.
