Job summary

1inch is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to turn complex DeFi questions into reliable, actionable insights. You will fuse AI, data engineering, and on-chain knowledge to build scalable analytics, using expert Dune skills to model DEX data and market dynamics.

You’ll be hands-on, transforming how teams access trusted data via dashboards, AI workflows, and reusable data products to drive decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills with on-chain data experience.
• Experience building dashboards, datasets, and analyses.
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
• Hands-on with modern data platforms and observability.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive ways for teams to explore trusted data using AI, natural language, dashboards, and other analytical interfaces.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and agents that accelerate analysis and ensure grounded, transparent results.
• Turn complex business questions into structured analyses, insights, and actionable answers.
• Develop metrics linking user behavior, product performance, on-chain activity, and market dynamics.
• Identify trends and risks, set standards for data quality, dashboards, and decision support.
• Design and evolve data architecture, pipelines, and transformations for on-/off-chain data.
• Ensure data is accurate, well-structured, documented, and accessible to people and AI systems.
• Leverage Dune to investigate DEX data, swaps, liquidity, and markets for reusable datasets.
• Combine blockchain and product data to map ecosystem activity and market dynamics.
