1inch is seeking a Data & Analytics Lead to turn complex product and business questions into reliable, actionable analyses. You will blend AI, data analytics, data engineering, and DeFi expertise to build scalable decision-making and trusted data platforms across the organization.

You will work hands-on with Dune, on-chain/off-chain data, and modern data stacks to deliver insights, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows that drive product and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of DeFi and blockchain data, incl. DEXes and aggregators.
• Expert-level SQL with on-chain queries, datasets, dashboards and analyses.
• Hands-on Python for data analysis, processing and automation.

Responsabilités

• Create intuitive data exploration interfaces using AI, dashboards and NLP.
• Build AI-enabled workflows that accelerate analysis and ensure data grounding.
• Turn complex questions into structured analyses and actionable insights.
• Develop metrics linking user behavior, product performance, on-chain activity and business outcomes.
• Identify trends, anomalies, opportunities, risks, and set analytics quality standards.
• Design and evolve data architectures and pipelines integrating on-chain and off-chain data.
• Ensure data accuracy, documentation, discoverability, and performance for AI systems.
• Leverage Dune to investigate on-chain data and build reusable datasets and models.
• Combine blockchain, product, and business data for a comprehensive ecosystem view.
