TripleTen is an EdTech company delivering tech career programs for US and Latin American markets. We are seeking a hands-on Content Growth Manager to lead end-to-end asset production and distribution for the US region.

You will leverage AI tools like Claude to prototype interactive features, manage freelance teams within budget, and ship three high-value, revenue-driving projects a month. You will own distribution across website, email, social platforms, and sales collateral while building

Qualifications

• Portfolio of end-to-end growth projects that you personally built and shipped.
• Deep understanding of US adult learners (35–55) and value delivery.
• Ability to prototype interactive tools using AI without developers.
• Experience sourcing and directing freelancers within budget.
• Fluent written and spoken English (US market).

Responsibilities

• Ship monthly growth projects: three end-to-end initiatives monthly to drive conversions and enrollments.
• Build interactive assets independently using AI tools without relying on developers.
• Source, hire, and manage freelancers and contractors to meet deadlines.
• Distribute assets across website, email, social media and sales collateral.
• Set up attribution analytics to measure engagement and funnel performance.
